Real estate prices in the county of Bentheim

According to Spiegel, the number of building permits in Germany rose significantly in the first half of the year: At around 110,000 apartments, 2.9% more were approved than in the same period last year (an increase of around 3,100 apartments).

The Federal Statistical Office also confirms an overall increase of 1.9% in approved apartments for January to May 2025. In detail: single-family homes 14.3 %, two-family homes 7 .9 %, multi-family homes-1.6 %. Overall, therefore, signs of recovery - especially in individual residential construction, even if individual categories are declining.
