Gabriele Wilde-Schlaak
As a native of East Frisia, Gabriele Wilde-Schlaak has lived in the capital of Rhineland-Palatinate for more than 40 years and, as the owner of the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN store, is very well known and networked locally.
In 2003, she began her brokerage activities in the region, actively supporting her husband who, with the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN stores in Mainz and Wiesbaden, set up some of the first offices of the brokerage house in the greater Rhine-Main area. VON POLL IMMOBILIEN was founded in 2000, and the company is headquartered in Frankfurt.
After the much too early death of Udo Schlaak, Gabriele Wilde-Schlaak took over the management of the offices in 2011. With the experience she had gained by then and her large network, she was able to further establish and expand the Mainz and Wiesbaden locations and impressively increase their success. She found support in her daughter Kim Ricci-Schlaak, who completed her training as a real estate agent (IHK) and her further training at the company's headquarters in Frankfurt.
The young, dynamic team now consists of fifteen agents and four trainees, as well as six other employees. Their stores in Mainz and Wiesbaden are among the renowned and leading brokerage companies locally. The reason: The competent, reliable support of owners and search customers is always the focus for Gabriele Wilde-Schlaak and her colleagues. The dedicated support of their clients from the initial personal meeting to the successful conclusion is a matter of course for them. The team focuses on the brokerage of properties of stable value in preferred residential as well as business locations.
Kim Ricci-Schlaak

Born in Mainz in 1991, the real estate career for Kim Ricci-Schlaak began after graduating from high school with the training as a real estate agent (IHK) in Frankfurt at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN. Her father Udo Schlaak was successful in the real estate business all his life and the daughter had the desire to follow in his footsteps from an early age.
After successfully completing her two-and-a-half-year apprenticeship and starting her career at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, Kim Ricci-Schlaak took the exam as a trainer and trained as a freelance expert for real estate valuation (PersCert). After receiving two awards in the company as the most successful young agent under 30, Kim Ricci-Schlaak took over the management of the real estate stores in Wiesbaden and Mainz together with her mother in 2015. In the past three years, she continuously received an award from the brokerage house as one of the most successful real estate consultants internationally, most recently taking third place in 2021.
Kim Ricci-Schlaak is a real estate agent and branch manager with heart and soul. She knows her local market very well and has an excellent network in the region. She now manages a team of fifteen brokers, four trainees and six other employees.
Enrico Ricci

As a native of Taunus, Enrico Ricci comes from the Rheingau-Taunus district, just 9 kilometers from Wiesbaden. He went to school in the Hessian state capital and studied at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. This gave him the opportunity to get to know both cities and their surroundings in depth.
After completing his A-levels in 2000, he did his basic military service in the German Armed Forces and then decided to study business administration. He graduated with a degree in business administration, specializing in production management and marketing.
Parallel to his studies, Enrico Ricci worked in his parents' restaurant business, where he already appreciated the personal contact with customers and the associated service philosophy. Both are also very important to him in his current position at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN. He gained further professional experience in product management at a well-known manufacturer of household goods and a distribution company in the region.
Mr. Ricci's great personal interest in architecture and real estate as well as his desire for more customer contact led him to qualify as a real estate agent at the in-house VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Academy in Frankfurt in 2013. Since then, he has been enthusiastically brokering sales and rental properties in Wiesbaden and Mainz. His customer- and service-oriented way of working contributes significantly to his success.
Susanne Bartenbach

Susanne Bartenbach grew up in the Hunsrück region of Mainz and learned to work independently and in a service-oriented manner in her parents' craft business from an early age.
She successfully completed her schooling with a general higher education entrance qualification. While studying to become a teacher at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, she learned to appreciate the state capital and the surrounding Rhine-Hessian region.
After many years in the sales and service industry, Ms. Bartenbach decided to switch to VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Mainz to work as a real estate consultant and graduate as a real estate agent (IHK) at the in-house academy in Frankfurt am Main.
With her open, communicative and friendly manner, she will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about renting or selling your property.
Corvin Heß

Corvin Heß was born in Wiesbaden in 2001 and grew up in Mainz. He developed a strong fascination for the world of finance at an early age, which led him to train in the financial sector after graduating from high school. His passion for real estate was fully ignited when he gained valuable experience in real estate financing.
After successfully completing his banking training, Corvin Heß decided to study construction and real estate management at the university in Mainz. At the same time, he worked in the real estate department of a global corporation, where he gained deeper insights into the real estate industry. This experience ultimately motivated him to take a new career step as a real estate agent at von Poll.
Corvin Heß impresses with his comprehensive understanding of the needs and wishes of his clients. By dealing with a large number of different clients, he has developed a remarkable knowledge of human nature, which enables him to adapt to each individual with empathy and individuality. His open and transparent manner creates a pleasant atmosphere and promotes a trusting working relationship.
His high level of perseverance and solution-oriented approach are the keys to his success. Corvin Heß is a master at bringing owners and interested parties together and focusing on their goals and ideas. With tireless commitment and passion, he ensures that every property purchase or sale is a positive and successful experience.
Birte Bonn

Birte Bonn was born in 2001 in Frankfurt am Main.
She graduated from high school in 2020.
During her subsequent studies at the Johannes Gutenberg University and her work in a law firm specializing in commercial criminal and tax law, her interest in business and real estate strengthened.
During a 3-month internship at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in the stores Mainz, Wiesbaden and Ingelheim/Bingen, she finally discovered her passion for real estate. Her friendly as well as authentic manner and joy in communicating with people were decisive motivations to start her apprenticeship at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in 2023.
Her goal is to successfully complete the apprenticeship and to acquire the relevant expertise during this time to become a successful real estate agent.

In July 2014, Oscar Lagemann started his career at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN. After an internship, he began his training as a real estate agent (IHK) in the Wiesbaden office. Upon completion of this in 2017, he decided to deepen his acquired knowledge with a degree in real estate management at the IREBS in Regensburg.
After successful completion including the title of Bachelor of Science, he was drawn back to his home, the state capital Wiesbaden. Since April 2021, he has now been supporting the branch management as Head of Internal Services in the planning of internal as well as external organizational processes. In September 2021, he also passed the examination to become a trainer (IHK) and since then has also been available as a competent contact person for trainees in the Wiesbaden, Mainz and Ingelheim/Bingen stores.

Sara Gräf was born in Mainz in 1999. Already since childhood you were taken by your grandfather, which was active in the real estate industry, on appointments and thus got an insight into the professional world. Through an internship during school, at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Mainz, you were sure to want to take your career path in this direction.
After successfully completing the advanced technical college entrance qualification in 2018, Sara Gräf began in the same year your training as a real estate agent in a property management. She successfully completed this in the summer of 2021.
In June 2022, she also successfully passed the exam to become a trainer (IHK) and has since then additionally been available to the trainees as a competent contact person.
Now she is looking forward to starting her career at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in the Mainz, Wiesbaden and Ingelheim/Bingen store as a deputy office manager and trainer. With passion, commitment and determination, Ms. Gräf will actively support the team.
Pascal Klippel

Pascal Klippel was born in Lahnstein in 2004 and has lived near Koblenz ever since. He has lived in Mainz since August 2024.
He learned about dealing with discerning customers at an early age through various insights, including in the catering industry.
In 2023, he successfully completed his school career with a general higher education entrance qualification.
As he was already interested in the real estate market during his school years, Mr Klippel completed an internship at a renowned real estate company in Koblenz shortly after graduating from high school.
In spring 2024, he started his real estate career at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Mainz/Wiesbaden & Ingelheim/Bingen with a three-month internship.
Since August 2024, he has been very committed to actively supporting the team in Mainz, Wiesbaden and Ingelheim/Bingen as a trainee real estate agent. His goal is to learn as much as possible and successfully complete his training after 3 years.
Yannis Quennet

Yannis Quennet, born in Mainz in 2006, grew up in a beautiful Mainz wine region. He developed a growing interest in economic relationships and the real estate market while he was still at school. In the summer of 2024, he successfully completed his school career with a general technical college entrance qualification at a business school.
In order to gain a deeper insight into the professional field of real estate, he completed a three-month internship at VON POLL Immobilien Mainz/Wiesbaden & Ingelheim/Bingen, where he was able to gain his first experience in property acquisition, customer advice and back office work.
He has been an apprentice since August 2025, making him an integral part of the team at VON POLL Immobilien Mainz/Wiesbaden & Ingelheim/Bingen.
With his positive charisma and passion for the profession, he manages to quickly build a trusting connection with people, which is his great strength.
After completing the three-year apprenticeship, during which he wants to learn as much as possible about the real estate industry, his goal is to use it successfully as a real estate agent.
Victoria Schipp

Victoria Schipp was born in Mainz in 2006. Thanks to her parents, who also work in the real estate industry, she discovered her interest in real estate at an early age.
After successfully completing her A-levels at the Maria Ward School in Mainz, she decided to do an internship at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN. Her interest in real estate and brokerage was quickly confirmed and she decided to do an apprenticeship at the company.
Thanks to her many years of social commitment in the field of sport, she learned how to deal with people at an early age. She would particularly like to develop and apply these skills in her training.
Since August 2025, she has been actively and reliably supporting the team in Mainz, Wiesbaden & Ingelheim/Bingen and is working towards successfully completing her training as a real estate agent.
Enya Nau
- Apprentice real estate agent (IHK)
Enya Nau was born in Simmern in Hunsrück in 2005 and has lived in Rüdesheim near Bad Kreuznach since June 2025.
She gained practical experience in various commercial areas during her school years, including in the automotive and tourism sectors. At the same time, she worked in the catering industry, where she developed a keen sense of service-oriented interaction with people early on.
In 2023, Enya Nau successfully completed her school career with a technical college entrance qualification and a qualification as a state-certified commercial assistant.
Her interest in the real estate industry developed while working in a property management company in Koblenz. There, she gained in-depth insights into the organizational and administrative processes surrounding real estate - a field of work that quickly awakened her enthusiasm.
In order to gain further insights into real estate brokerage, she completed an internship at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Mainz,Wiesbaden & Ingelheim/Bingen in the summer of 2025.
In August 2025, Enya Nau started her training as a real estate agent there. Her goal is to successfully complete the three-year apprenticeship with sound specialist knowledge and practical skills in order to continue building her long-term future in the real estate industry.
Sahar Habibi

Sahar Habibi was born in Tehran in 2002 and has lived in Ingelheim am Rhein since October 2015.
In August 2025, she began her one-year internship at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Mainz, Wiesbaden and Ingelheim/Bingen. The internship is part of her school career and serves to obtain her university entrance qualification.
Practical experience was previously gained through an administrative internship at the Ingelheim city administration and through various jobs in retail.
This allowed her to develop her skills in the areas of customer service, organization and structured work in a targeted manner.
With a great interest in the real estate sector, high motivation and willingness to learn, Ms Habibi actively supports the team in Mainz, Wiesbaden and Ingelheim/Bingen and uses the internship to gain comprehensive insights into the industry.
Her goal is to successfully complete her advanced technical college entrance qualification and then either study real estate or start training as a real estate agent.
