SpVgg Ansbach 09 and Von POLL Immobilien Ansbach: A strong partnership

SpVgg Ansbach 09 consists of four departments (including soccer, bowling and karate), the DFB base and the youth training center (NLZ).

The largest department is soccer. The club's flagship team is the first men's team, which plays in the Bayernliga and consists mainly of players from its own youth ranks.

The club is particularly proud to have great partners at its side. As part of a fundraising campaign, premium partner Von POLL Immobilien Ansbach, represented by Managing Director Florian Wittmann, was presented with a current jersey as a thank you for the good partnership.

We produce multi-layered, independent and characterful top wines in harmony with nature.

My team and I grow top wines in the best vineyards in Franconia according to Bioland guidelines. Ulsenheim, my home village, is the heart of our wine production. With a total cultivation capacity of around 38 hectares, our winery is one of the largest family wineries in Franconia.

In accordance with the guidelines of the Franconian winegrowers' group Ethos, the vineyards on our winery are cultivated organically. Depending on the desired style, the wines are matured in stainless steel tanks, large wooden barrels or barriques.

For me, the focus is on living and working in harmony with nature. The soil conditions, good flora and fauna, the microclimate, the weather patterns, the choice of grape variety and the decisions made in the vineyard and wine cellar result in the unique terroir of the wines. The wine pyramid stretches from fruity varietal wines 'from the Garden of Eden' to single-vineyard wines that reflect their origin to the best and greatest sites for our Großes Gewächse wines.

Life Style Business Night mit VPI Ansbach

On June 26, 2025, the Lifestyle Business Night celebrated its successful premiere as a cooperative event in the newly opened Meiser Plaza in the Visioplex Dinkelsbühl. Organized by the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN partner store Ansbach - under the direction of office manager Florian Wittmann - and other partners,

numerous entrepreneurs from the region met in the stylish atmosphere to exchange ideas. Under the motto "Enjoy and network", the evening was all about personal dialog, new contacts and inspiring encounters.

Highlights of the evening:
🔹 Mario Basler, former professional footballer, provided the best entertainment with his humorous appearance.
🔹Gentleman Dee - Lord of the Sax accompanied the event musically and set an atmospheric tone.

The feedback from the participants was consistently positive - and best of all: the next edition will follow in October.

Lifestyle Business Night 2024

Last Thursday, the third edition of the Lifestyle Business Night took place at the Meier winery in Ulsenheim, organized by VPI Ansbach in collaboration with other partners. The event offered entrepreneurs from various industries an exclusive opportunity to network in an appealing atmosphere.

The guests spent an evening full of good conversations, cordial encounters and an exuberant atmosphere. A BBQ special provided a culinary highlight and great live acts rounded off the experience.

From the hosts' perspective, the event was a complete success and it is planned to hold the Lifestyle Business Night again next year.
